Preventive Maintenance

Our planned maintenance is customized you meet your specific needs. For the Commercial Kitchen, you may require monthly visits at a special rate. For HVAC there are usually quarterly visits for commercial applications and biannual for residential. We customize every Maintenance Contract to each customer, we don’t lump you into a one size fits all plan. As a RKService Maintenance Agreement customer, you’ll enjoy the following benefits:

Priority Service – Should your system stop working, we’ll move you to the top of the service call list. We respond to our Service Agreement customers first, and Emergency Service is always 24/7.

No overtime rates for PM customers. We believe that your commitment to maintaining your equipment shouldn’t cost you extra because it’s Saturday

During our maintenance visit, we’ll inspect the following items and advise you of any recommended repairs:
